Terms and Conditions

By booking or purchasing services from Growth Learning Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Growth Learning Hub provides tutoring services as described on our website. Session details, including duration and delivery method, are outlined at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be issued with a refund or a swap of day or time.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at growthlearninghubtutoring@gmail.com to discuss any concerns.

5. Conduct

We expect all students and guardians to engage respectfully with our tutors. Growth Learning Hub reserves the right to terminate a booking if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
